If there is a large overstock of products in the warehouse my task is to wheel them out and go around each items location to see does the number of products match that on the system and if not update the record to prevent more overstock being delivered. If there are any items in my department that are showing as unavailable it’s my responsibility to order more and clearly label the products for customers indicating when the next delivery is due. The other part of the job consists of managing deliveries on the stores computers to ensure correct deliveries are being made to other departments as well such as the bakery and the phone shop, all of which must be completed early every morning before the store opens.
