Live Well Wellness Center is a brand new concept for naturopathic medicine inside of a traditional family practice environment. The concept provides patients a truly unique experience to both treat and optimize their health all in one place. Doctors are empowered to bridge the gap between traditional and naturopathic medicine to provide our patients with the best possible treatment plan for their health goals while legitimizing naturopathic medicine in the healthcare industry.I was tasked with building out the companies operations and identifying and securing new revenue channels. In this role, I was responsible for leading a team of doctors and operational staff toward lean organizational goals while implementing a customer obsessed culture. This strategy created better outcomes for our patients and significantly optimized referrals. I also implemented new patient acquisitions strategies, introduced new services to better serve our patients and worked closely with vendors to improve margins on our top growing treatments. In as little as 6 months we increased revenues 3x, maintained a consistent profit throughout my leadership.

I regularly maintained full time sales quota as a part timer and responsible for 15% of the company’s overall revenue while maintaining a 70 average NPS. Through my time working at MCW I have also held the responsibility of team lead. During this time our team continued to expand on weekend sales quotas, beginning with a 10% close rate and now regularly achieving upwards of 27%.
