I am currently a leader in Corporate Talent & Recruiting at IBM with an emphasis on Workforce Analytics, Web Integration, Talent Attraction , Social Media, Talent Sourcing, etc. In the past approx. 20 years I have met and became friends with many of the innovators and start-ups in the online technology marketplace. I have had the opportunity to work with and consult with leadership from IBM, Apple, the US DOL, as we as executives from LinkedIn, Facebook, Monster, etc. My passion for the emerging industry resulted in the penning of 3 books as well as leading the formation of the employer owned DirectEmployers Association, and the continued emergence of the Internets .jobs Top level Domain.My passion continues as we are witnessing a major transformation via the web in how we work and conduct our lives. This disruption will overshadow the former disruption brought about by the Industrial Revolution. For our profession, at the center of this revolution will involve how we find, source, analyze, communicate, market, and assess talent in the global marketplace. I have been fortunate to be part of this transformation via my roles at IBM.
