Work with the Marketing Director/Assistant Dean for Student Services to provide support to both the marketing of degree programs as well as School wide events. This includes but is not limited to: Design materials to promote and market SOIS, its academic programs, and events:• Create and assist in the production of interactive rich-media communications for marketing and promotion of academic, research and extracurricular programming• Provide graphic design services (e.g., postcards, invitations, brochures, posters, self-mailers, new strategic pieces, etc.)• Assist in the design and development of advertisements• Work with the marketing director and program directors on the development of marketing campaigns for academic programs, special events, and student opportunities• Create communications (e.g., emails) for announcements• Ensure all promotional materials are current and update (e.g., brochures); that enough are available; order additional materials as needed• Collaborate with the Career Advisor and Development Director on alumni outreach; identify/maintain social media outreach; recommend new sources to reach alumWeb Site Maintenance/Updates:• Design and update content on web site• Assist with the production of websites and online content updates utilizing the University CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related tools• Assist as part of team migrating web site to new CMS platformManage the SOIS digital signage SCALA environment:• Monitor signage requests from across campus via email reflector• Develop designs/content to be displayed to meet client requisites• Update signage weekly and as needed, with final approval on what gets posted Event Management:• Meet with event clients• Assist with coordination of event logistics; work with external vendors to ensure client needs• Develop surveys to assist in event registration/promotion• Maintain event calendar/spreadsheets for attendees and communications• Assist with details during the event
