Architected and engineered an innovative factory to consumer personalized toy design and delivery platform called MagicToyMaker. Produced, designed and engineered several mobile and desktop apps.

Led the design and development of mobile, tablet and desktop applications designed to engage, inspire and delight audiences. Released the first series of over 40 mobile applications built on my BookSpace digital book reading platform and over 100 Classics Illustrated graphic novels - over 500 SKUs - available on iOS and Android (B&N NOOK, Kindle Fire and everything else!)

As co-founder, I provided strategic guidance to the management team. As CTO, I oversaw experience design and core technology across product lines and implemented NetToons' casual gaming / animation 4-screen technology architecture across social platforms, desktops, tablet and mobile devices. Managed integration of customers and partners in the business and technical development process. Coordinated business partnerships in the U.S. and Japan.

Focused on mobile phone and consumer electronics technologies. Led training efforts for field sales organization through production of newsletters, sales collateral, videos and presentations for internal and customer facing websites. Responsible for the design and marketing of key revenue products including Macromedia Three-D and Macromedia Director which was the dominant multimedia authoring tool for over a decade. Drove the integration of digital video technology and multi-platform authoring.

Collaborated with CEO Adam Osborne (pioneer of portable computing) on development of new award-winning software products including VP-Planner (spreadsheet), VP-Info (database) and VP-Expert (best selling artificial intelligence development tool ever). Managed multi-national development teams and led strategic product acquisitions and partnerships.

Partnered with an investor of GNP Development to acquire rights to several after-market spreadsheet products from Lotus Development Corporation. Led product development and product acquisition.

Reported directly to CEO Bill Gross and CTO Larry Gross collaborating on development of several Lotus 1-2-3 after-market software products including CPA+ (full-featured accounting), Recalc+, Macro+ and HAL (a natural language interface) Refactored CPA+ leading to a more than doubling of performance. GNP Development was acquired by Lotus Development Corporation to obtain the rights to HAL which ultimately became Lotus HAL.

Reported directly to CEO. Led development of the Optionware product line over 50 spreadsheet after-market products, including OptionWord, an embedded word processor for Lotus 1-2-3. Products generated over $14M in revenue in first 18 months. Provided due diligence consulting to venture capital arm of the company.
