I serve as global head of Skadden's Labor and Employment Law Group, advising clients on a full spectrum of employment-related issues. I regularly represent clients before state and federal administrative agencies and courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. My litigation experience includes defense of discrimination, breach of contract and fraud claims, including potential class actions. I also regularly represent clients in cases concerning the enforcement of restrictive covenants and breaches of fiduciary duties. I often advise clients on non-litigation matters. In particular, I have worked with clients to:• negotiate collective bargaining agreements;• create compensation programs;• review reduction-in-force plans;• implement non-harassment policies;• negotiate and draft employment and separation agreements; and• conduct internal investigations. I also advise clients in connection with business transactions. My work in this area involves, among other things, the development and implementation of strategies to retain key executives and professionals.I repeatedly has been selected for inclusion in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.
