I am a geologist focusing on fluvial geomorphology, field mapping, lidar digital terrain modeling, Stage-zero river restoration, and riparian habitat restoration. I was educated at Sewanee: The University of the South, The University of Wyoming, and Oregon State University (Go Beavs!). I have worked as a geologist on projects in Oregon, Alaska, Argentina, Wyoming, Montana, Georgia, Texas, Arkansas, and Arizona. My passion for conservation is matched only by my love for stratovolcanoes, fault scarps, and regional tectonics.
