C4ISR interoperability analyst supporting DoD.

J2/JIOC, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Information Service (ISRIS) project, providing full motion video support to operational forces in the USCENTCOM AO. Responsible for hiring, training and deploying field support engineers to Iraq and Afghanistan. Managed helpdesk, training, logistics and procurement support for the project. Annual budget $6M.

Provided direct support to USJFCOM J8 in the area of joint system requirements validation. Conducted JCIDS document reviews and coordinated reviews across the entire USJFCOM staff for submission to the Joint Staff J8/J6.

Supported USJFCOM J9 in its mission of future force transformation in the areas of Knowledge Management and Decision Superiority. Conducted exploratory workshops and participated in experiments to develop future operating concepts for the Defense Department. Wrote various white papers and developed an information superiority model.

Joint Reserve Intelligence Connectivity Program (JRICP). Provided management support for a multi-million dollar government contract enabling Joint Reserve forces to produce "soft-copy" intelligence at numerous sites throughout the United States. Managed all aspects of this nationwide IT project ($3.5M annual budget) supporting 5,000 customers. Managed project personnel, logistics, site technical upport, network installation, software installation and upgrade, training and supporting documentation. Established work breakdown structure and associated assignments and conducted continuous project control. Directed the implementation of an automated help desk protocol as well as several other innovative technologies.
