I am a Management Information Systems professional in the greater Houston area. I always strive to obtain and to grow any skills that are beneficial to me in my career. I want to be able to grow professionally as well as to obtain new experience in the Tech industry.In the last 5+ years I have worked in the Transportation Industry at METRO where I provide exceptional customer service and community outreach. I utilize those skills on an everyday basis in order to assist any patron in need.Apart from having exceptional customer service and good communication I am also easily adaptable to almost any situation if needed. While in college I also familiarized myself with programming languages and put them to practice in various projects and assignments.Throughout my years at METRO I have assisted with major city events like the Houston Rodeo, Houston Astros World Series Parade in 2022, and the Final Four in 2023.While in college I worked with a team for the Harris County Cultural Arts Center, a non-profit in the Houston area, and assisted them in re-vamping their website. It was an amazing experience having worked with their Community Engagement Manager to work in a creative mindset while fixing faulty links and assisting them in finding the best solutions to their website.I look forward to connecting with like-minded individuals and to see what the future holds.
