Scot Robertson is the Managing Director of Robertson and Sons Agency Pty Ltd with a wide range of success in all facets of Commercial property including experience in sales and leasing throughout the Sydney CBD, City Fringe, South Sydney and Inner West along with an expertise in development sites, numerous buyers advocacy roles, retail + office leasing, and procurement of hotels & accommodation complexes in recent times.Scot in 2015 achieved the $1 Billion in Sales milestone from when he started to keep a tally after his return from overseas. Scot has an Associate Diploma in Valuation qualification is a Licensed Real Estate Agent Number 208563 with many achievement awards throughout his tenure at various Agencies prior to starting his own business. Scot had his original start in Agency in the City Sales Division at Richard Stanton and Sons in 1985.In 2016 Scot acted as buyers advocate for the acquisition of 64 Parramatta Rd Forest Lodge at $6.5 million, and 822 George Street for $15.5 million and sold the former Church of Scientology Headquarters at 19-37 Greek Street, Glebe for $18.72 million, then subsequently leased the premises to the New York Film Academy. In 2017 Scot successfully negotiated a landmark 10 year lease of levels 1 and 2 2E Wentworth Park Rd Glebe - the Mezzo Commercial Podium being 2,336 sq metres to the Benevolent Society for their new City Fringe Corporate Headquarters, TBS then subsequently purchased the property. Other deals of note include leasing of prime retail at 188 Day Street Sydney to Employment Agency Pinnacle People, and the ground and part mezzanine at 13-15 Bridge Street, Sydney to Christoper Hanna Hair and Beauty. The sales of 7 Franklyn Street Glebe at $5.35 million and the iconic Gracelands building at 461 Cleveland Street Redfern at $3.6625 million were both sucessfully completed in 2018/2019.
