I have returned from Las Vegas to work for the greatest company I have ever known. There is a lot of opportunity here and room for growth and advancement. Things are moving along very well and I am enjoying more success than ever before and I get to have a more reasonable schedule, relatively minimal stress and great rapport with my superiors and colleagues.

Recently accepted a management position with the Sr. Frog's concept of Grupo Anderson's to open sometime in March.

Hired on as consultant to open restaurant and offered G.M. position until systems were in place and permanent manager was hired.Translated menu from Spanish to English and worked out food cost percentages to create menu and pricing.Implemented inventory and operations systems such as perpetual inventory, payroll and day-to-day reconciliation of sales and deposits.Created marketing campaign with three companies to attract customers and a rewards system for repeat business.Worked with vendors to create liquor, beer, specialty drinks and wine lists to generate additional support to reduce out of pocket expenses.

Hired to open and manage a location in San Antonio, Texas. My experience took me to open more locations in Los Angeles, Troy, Michigan and Coral Gables, Florida which I had to decline. I also worked in Chicago and New York City helping situate beverage operations and putting inventory systems in place. I left the Palm only to strike out on my own and opened an upscale bar/lounge with 2 locations which my partner and I sold after 36 months from its inauguration.
