Reporting to the Shift Team Leader, I lead a team of up to ten Process Technicians, Panel operators and Utilities team members' responsible for stakeholder liaison, risk assessment and HAZOP mitigation, issuing safe to work permits, coordinating Maintenance activity and optimising production to support 920 tonne/ day Sulphate of Ammonia.

Reporting to the Process Manager, I worked on a 24/7 shift basis responsible for operating a DCS Panel across the Ammonia and Utilities plants, following process, policy and procedure with a view to optimising production targets within safety parameters as well as working with the Team Leader, Permit Issuer and maintenance teams to enable critical plant equipment to be worked on with minimal effect on the plant and production.

Reporting to the Ammonia LineHaul Workshop Manager, I was responsible for overhauling valves and components, servicing trailers, general maintenance and safety. During this time I also completed training in Confined Space Entry, Forklift licence, Permits and was proud to have played a key role in implementing and assisting in the procedure for changing trailer axlesfor entire fleet of tankers to minimise downtime.
