As a Safety, Process and Optimisation focussed Project and Team Leader, I have developed a wealth of experience spanning Production and Panel management across a Major Hazard facility. Known for my relationship building skill, dedication and a strong work ethos, I am proud to have been the youngest promoted to both technical and leadership roles. I have developed skill and knowledge over many years' experience in decommissioning, shut-downs, permit issuing and DCS panel management, partnering closely with Maintenance teams and other teams to optimise production and future proof. I am committed to lifelong learning and have taken pride in playing a key role in induction and onboarding of new team members, whilst pursuing ongoing personal exposure to new areas including project leadership and decommissioning activities.
