Serves as senior analyst in the Commander’s Action Group (CAG) in support of the Commander, Naval Service Training Command (CNSTC). The primary purpose of the CAG is to serve as the strategic advisor to CNSTC for Navy accession programs as well as the Navy Junior ROTC program.
