Actively seeking next challenge in an Assurance, Risk, Compliance or Audit based role. I am currently employed as a Planning Officer for a subprime credit provider, dealing with both project planning activities as well as managing the risk and compliance work streams for the department. I have a background in controls testing and reporting with some experience in Risk management, to demonstrate a robust risk awareness and controls environment. Previous experience includes Performance improvement. Quality Monitoring and Coaching on an individual and group basis. In addition to my day to day role, I am also the Lead of the business Groups LGBTQ+ Affinity Group. This includes working with other member across the organisation to inform and influence policies and practices which directly impact customers and colleagues. I am also an active participant in the Groups Social Impact Programme and have joined in as well as led various talks related to my own experiences in the work place and my personal life.
