Screening of guests for risk management related concerns and viability for chosen trip needs specific to fitness, health, understanding what chosen trip entails physically, environmentally, mentally, and with in a group dynamic living situation. Screening all guests for proper registration completion and supervising/facilitating/supporting the work of 3 other screening staff. Coordinate field EVAC response or participate in ongoing EVAC with support from the field. Maintain schedule and coordinate 24/7 support staff for weekly shift duties related to 24/7 support work.
