• Supervise and coach a team of 9 sales auditors, to effectively field questions and implement company policies to more than 500 hundred kiosks nation wide. • Audit and review 800 cell phone agreements per month with regards to sales transactions to ensure compliance with Wireless Advocates policy and procedures.• Provide operational support for over 90 kiosk locations ensuring they are processing transactions and following company policies and procedures.• Point of contact for a DOS system (GERS) for corporate headquarters and 90 stores in the NW region. • Develop, design and implement effective procedures to identify and audit for non-compliant and fraudulent transactions to decrease losses by $50,000 a month.• Lead conference calls with 8 or more kiosk employees and management to ensure compliance issues are resolved in the field. • Verify that the audit team is reaching the 90% accuracy goal in their audits through training and one on one coaching.
