• Involved in implementing the Customer Relations Management (CRM) software to the housing department of the council. This involved training staff, testing the software, reporting issues, providing support to users of the system and resolving various other issues related to implementing the CRM system.• Creating and maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Access Databases.• Training staff on using Microsoft outlook.• Monitoring Call Centre performance.
