As an Account Manager, my primary focus is to rebuild the relationship with customers that have had challenges during implementation or who have expressed they are not receiving the experience they expect when dealing with Global Support. The main goal is to identify problem areas that have derailed the relationship. A proactive plan is then developed to help the customers work through identified issues.
