Position reports directly to the president and plays a major role in the strategic planning for the company’s three North American plants, as well as the management of two other business lines.Key Responsibilities & Achievements: Responsible for the CRM for three U.S. plants, which frequently involves C-level negotiations Obtained contacts for several new accounts, including the 4th largest relationship in the company (annual revenue of $9.5 million). Reacquired six previously lost contracts and expanded the business relationships with several long-term clients. Helped develop a new specification metal program. Secured 20+ scrap sources, as well as the largest sales contract with revenue of $8.8 million. Developed the company’s first, formalized competitive analysis, which is used to better defend the current customer base and target potential clients based on Scepter’s individual plant production strengths and geographic advantages Responsible for building and monitoring budget models for the two business lines for which I have ownership. Grew the combined net income of these two business lines, from $230,000 in 2014 to $1,250,000 in 2020, by acquiring new users, increasing sales volumes with long-term clients, renegotiating freight costs, price increases and hedging the Canadian dollar. Oversee the natural gas usage, and hedging strategies, for the three U.S. plants Named Scepter’s first Sustainability Champion in 2021.
