Started my career working for Toyota (Hart wells) as a salesmen and was quickly promoted to BM to increase the F&I department and then moved to West Riding Toyota where I was quickly promoted to Group BM and looked after 3 sites remotely to improve the performance I then moved to JLR as a BM on site and maximised the performance by over achieving the targets and maximising the income I was then asked to replicate my performance around the group and coach the BM in the other 9 sites so was promoted to Divisional F&I Sales Development Manager I also covered the GSM role for approximately 6 months to broaden my skill set within the the motor industry I was then asked to concentrate on the finance performance in JLR Bradford to help achieve the targets and increase performance which we have done.I got made redundant from JLR and are now on the search for my next adventure/journey So if you think I have the skill /knowledge to take your business forward then please drop me a message So having worked over 20 years in the motor industry I thought it was time to start my own business sourcing prestige new and used vehicles for clients as the one thing most of us don't have these days is time.This is very exciting and nervous at the same time but I have always been up for a challenge Thanks Scott
