I lead and serve through an unwavering commitment to the employee-owners of Morrison-Maierle, the growth and success of our firm, and the pursuit of our collective purpose to create solutions that build better communities. As a life-long learner, I’m energized by the pursuit of excellence and bring that to my work every day.Since joining Morrison-Maierle in 1998, I’ve taken on in several leadership and client service roles – I’ve led a multi-disciplinary office of 70+, our company’s municipal water/reclamation practice, and served as Chief Client Services Officer responsible for market and revenue growth. Since 2017, I’ve guided our multi-disciplinary company of 300+ employee-owners as President and CEO, coinciding with our transition to 100% ESOP ownership. Prior to taking on my current role, I served on Morrison-Maierle’s Board of Directors for nearly 20 years. I have worked in the engineering consulting business for over 35 years, facilitating local and regional governments develop solutions to complex water and wastewater treatment and water quality challenges throughout the US. I’m a Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE).In addition to past and current service to a variety of community and industry organizations, I’m a supporter/advocate of higher education (especially Montana State University – Go Cats!) and our nation’s water and wilderness riches.
