With a focus on managing the complex tax affairs of individuals and small businesses, my team and I work hand in hand with the ATO in order to ensure our customers receive timely and accurate in-depth solutions and advice on their tax affairs as well as managing the direct communication of 200 ITP locations throughout Australia.Chosen as one of a few tax advisors to work directly with the ATO as part of the Tax Practitioners Stewardship Group (TPSG) to liaise with the Deputy Commissioners of the ATO in trying build better systems and efficiencies for tax practitioners and taxpayers.

Interpreting tax law and regulations to develop the in-depth ITP Tax Course suitable for comprehension, examination and preparation for individuals to become a responsible and successful tax accounting professional. The ITP Income Tax Course consists of Basic Training (Part A) and Advanced Training (Part B).

Using my in-depth knowledge of accounting procedures and tax law and regulations, I prepared tax and financial statements for individuals and small businesses. I liaised with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other regulatory bodies to ensure accurate relay of information, as well as identified ways clients and businesses could reduce their tax, make claims and increase profit.

Recommend effective tax strategies that comply with laws and promote the financial well-being of individual and small business that involve preparing tax returns, analysing tax regulations and monitoring industry trends as well as managing the direct operation and day to day activities of 7 ITP branches.
