Employed as an INLEC Technician for CSU works, duties included (but were not limited to):► Pre-commissioning and commissioning of E&I systems and equipment on gas turbine compressors and the LNG ship, tank gauging/storage, flare staging and ignition facilities, including metering and fire and gas detection systems, DCS, PLC’s, ESD’s and SIS, and the construction and installation of associated E&I equipment ► Calibration, loop and function testing and troubleshooting of gas leak detectors, magnetic and guided wave radar level transmitters, differential pressure transmitters, magnetic and ultrasonic flow transmitters, temperature transmitters , vibration and level detectors and transmitters, and control valves ► Provided technical support and assistance for operations throughout custody transfer/fiscal metering phase, and attended to process fault issues during Start-Up phase► Isolation Officer, responsible for installing safe isolations and de-isolating for effective returns to service, and completed JSA’s, SWMS’s, Take 5’s and Pre-starts ► Auditing and rectification of EX Rated Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA)► Completing Inspection and Test Reports (ITR’s) and Field Installation Checklists (FIC’s).

Glng Upstream Project - Surat & Bowen Basins, Qld

Employed as an Electrician for construction and commissioning, core role duties included (but were not limited to):► Installation and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment including switchboards, MCC’s, ESD’s, substations, CB’s, switchgear, panels, earthing systems, lighting, cables, trays, ladders and conduit► Consistently made myself available to work outside of standard hours to facilitate the completion of overhead tunnel lighting installations, so-as to ensure completions within scheduled time frames► Managed and led an electrical mechanical fit-out team, monitoring and ensuring completion of works to schedule, and providing daily progress reports to the Supervisor and Client.☛ Additional Roles as Health & Safety Representative► Identified safety issues concerning workers potential interaction and injury from overhead crane operations, initiated and implemented a system managed by traffic control to identify potential issue, warn workers and ensure positive communications with crane operators to allow workers to continue work safely► Ensured all John Holland and Briss Connections OH&S requirements, including the completion of accurate JSEA’s, SWMS’s, Take 5’s, Pre-starts, PTW and LOTO procedures were consistently and thoroughly completed to ensure an LTI free project► Participated and contributed to weekly safety meetings with H&S Coordinators, H&S Representative Committee members and Project Managers to discuss workplace issues, hazards, control measures and overall project progress► Facilitated interactive daily toolbox and safety meetings to optimize HSE performance across site, as well as training and inductions for new employees to ensure site familiarization.
