Yandicoogina Sustaining Project

• Responsible for the Supervision of contractor and sub-contractor groups to ensure that design, technical and quality standards are achieved in accordance with time and budget parameters.• Coordinating construction and shutdown works across the Mine and Plant managing interface issues and without impacting Operations• Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with all relevant stakeholders/parties• Involved in the commissioning of the 28 mtpa JSW process plant and the additional infrastructure within the stockyard upgrade.

Brockman 4 Phase 2

• Supervise construction co-ordinators and contractors to ensure site targets are achieved to meet the construction schedule for first ore• Ensure understanding and maintain commitment with respect to the statutory and corporate responsibilities for safety, health and the environment• Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly progress reports• Manage the contractors compliance to quality and relevant statutory/client documentation• Involved in the commissioning of the 22 mtpa process plant inclusive of primary crushing and discharge conveyors, 4.4km overland conveyor and tie in to existing process plant.

Western Turner Syncline

• Management of multi-disciplined work team across SMP, Civil, Surveying, and Infrastructure for the early pioneering works• Actively involved in design reviews and formulating scopes of work for the supply of construction water infrastructure and EPCM office facilities. • Responsible for the Supervision of contractor and sub-contractor groups to ensure that design, technical and quality standards are achieved in accordance with time and budget parameters.• Ensure understanding and maintain commitment with respect to the statutory and corporate responsibilities for safety, health and the environment. Facilitate hazard investigations • Coordinating early pioneering and construction works across the Mine and Plant managing interface issues to eliminate impacting the Operations.• Act as relief Construction Manager on site when required.

Facilitate hazard investigations• Manage and assess contractor performance and track progress in relation to the project construction schedule and QMR• Identify engineering design issues and recommend improvements, manage the issuing of site instruction/variation works and authorise day works being performed by the contractor.• Construction and commissioning of 22 (Mpta) mine infrastructure including primary and secondary crushing, screening building, sampling stations, transfer stations, train load out, conveyors, drive stations, gravity take-ups, 2 Sandvik fixed boom stackers and a bucket wheel reclaimer

Yandicoogina

• Responsible for co-ordination of contractor and sub-contractor groups to ensure that safety and design standards are achieved.• Interpret construction drawings and scopes of work to ensure installation of equipment conforms to the specifications and client requirements.• Check/quantify/assess contractor request for quotations (RFQ) prior to approval by relevant manager• Monitor and assess contractor progress against 3 week forecasts, construction schedule and QMR• Construction of 16mtpa mine infrastructure including stackers and reclaimers, Loco refuelling, screening building, sampling stations, transfer stations, train load out, primary and secondary sizing, gravity take-ups and 4.5kms overland conveyors. Brownfields expansion of the tertiary crushing and product screening building and installation of bore field system for potable, raw and construction water, inclusive of both dewatering and reinjection bores.
