As the dedicated manager for Red Bull, my focus is to grow and develop the brand in 1,663 On-Premise accounts. This role requires heavy amounts of data driven communication between myself and ASM’s, allowing us to identify where opportunity lies within each sales rep’s territory. Creating and tracking monthly business objectives for each ASM’s while providing strategy to achieve these incentivized objectives. On a monthly basis I am presenting vertically back to Red Bull North America an in-depth status of where PMB stands against the yearly business plan. I am responsible for executing big events in the Omaha and Lincoln markets by utilizing equipment and infrastructure provided by Red Bull.

On a weekly basis, I manage a territory of 110+ accounts where I provide infrastructure to all aspects related to their beer, wine, and liquor sales. I optimize purchase orders, educate the client on new products, and manage inventory. I partnered with the accounts to elevate their business, stay ahead of market trends, and increase their profit margins. In this competitive commission based role I was given monthly business objectives; achieving these objectives were crucial to success for myself and the on premise team.

As an executive in these two roles I cultivated both sides of business development, grew sales initiatives and created digital marketing campaigns. As a sales executive I hosted meetings and ran demos to display the software’s capabilities while adapting each product demonstration to meet the needs of various types of prospects.
