We have offices in Australia and Europe.Key Resposibilities:- Mentoring and leading junior engineers- Performing energy and mechanical audits for buildings.- Reviewing and monitoring mechanical equipment performances, BMS, and energy consumption of the buildings.- Detecting the faults, recommending the appropriate solutions, and clarifying the results.- Preparation and delivery of both technical and low level reports to the respective stakeholders.- Preparation and delivery of technical sales presentations- Liaising with operational teams and contractors to ensure improvements to controls strategies and rectification to faults. - Developing and implementing automated fault detection and diagnosis solutions for HVAC and building automation systems

•Heat load calculations, duct and pipe sizing, detailed system design and equipment selection.•Preparation of tenders, project estimations/budgets and quotations.•Management of project costs through to project completion.•Compilation of mechanical specifications, client specific inspection and test plans (ITP's), IQOQ documentation, and operating and maintenance manuals.•Experience working on and coordinating projects in the pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial and the tertiary educational sector.•Management of variety of project including: clean rooms, laboratories, commercial fit-outs, chilled/heating water systems, standard DX systems, humidity controlled spaces, dust extraction and specialised ventilation systems.•Sound knowledge of relevant Australian standards and building codes.•Responsible for the management of projects from the estimating stage, through the construction phase and trouble shooting of commissioning issues. •Coordination of equipment procurement and site contractors/trades.•Contract and project management
