Involved with the creation of the pure energy drink with the CEO and partners. Raised funds to ensure that business expenses are met such as product packaging, legalities, and our web presence is active. Developed the website with a fully functional e-commerce platform. Currently, planning and implementing the marketing and e-commerce direction of Pocket Rocket.

Established and directing, Art Plays A Part (SDB1 for the Arts), a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation dedicated to sharing the expression of the arts with children of all socioeconomic backgrounds, providing art supplies, and art teachers for underserved communities. Currently maintain our web presence, artplaysapart.org, and interact with other organizations to inspire and encourage children through art. Utilize sales skills to initiate partnerships with these organizations where the arts can be positively shared with the children. Focusing on raising funds to maintain our efforts and reach future goals to fund the arts in underserved communities.

Developed a successful telemarketing campaign for Greenspire, educating and enrolling homeowners for the Energy Upgrade California Program to reduce the carbon footprint of older homes in Southern California. Currently, building a call center to expand the environmental outreach of this program to reduce homeowners energy consumption and expenses. Responsible for communication with all EUCA and Solar associates in the field as well as homeowners. Establishing and maintaining clear communication for all Greenspire endeavors.

Manage all aspects of the car buying process from determining customer needs, arrange financing, purchase trade ins, locate and delivery of cars. Facilitate new business by marketing local credit unions and providing exceptional service to their members. Increased sales by making the most of my interpersonal skills during meetings with prospective members. Accurately maintain proper DMV paperwork and all documentation required by both Autoland and the dealers.

Provided training, customer service, and support for used car dealers with our Dealer Desktop Software which handled all aspects of the dealer’s business. Regularly followed up with dealers to ensure they understand how to use the application to maintain and track inventory, perform financing, print all documents, and maintain dealer website.

Dealer Relations (Oct 2006 – Dec. 2008)Work within a fast pace internet company selling online media, retail and advertising sales. Cold call dealers offering new customer leads, special financing leads and online advertising. Primarily responsible for creating new accounts calling dealers expanding in the North Carolina and Iowa regions. Develop strong relationships with upper level managements (i.e. Internet Sales Managers, General Managers, and Principles). Build rapport and close sales’ deals on a regular basis. Mentor and train new hires.Vehicle Specialist (Oct. 2002 – Oct 2006)Pre-qualify, assist with various financing options and close sales for dealers prior to sending customers to the dealership. Handle large volume of inquires, assess customers needs to help them with making their purchase and financial decisions while simultaneously locating the vehicle and negotiating with dealers. Member of the 500 car club, regularly one of the top ten reps, and top sales rep in a sales cycle.
