Manager - Corporate Finance
Current• Manage the Port’s ~$3 billion debt portfolio. Responsibilities include management of existing debt service, letters of credit, and debt compliance functions. Help manage the Port’s new debt issuance, including the preparation of bond disclosure documents, investor and ratings agency presentations and Commission resolutions. Manage staff of 2 analysts.• Perform comprehensive FP&A functions using complex forecast and funding models. Collaborate with stakeholders across all Port operations- Airport, Maritime, Real Estate & Corporate.• Perform and review various discounted cash flow analysis for capital planning and budgeting purposes.• Support annual budget, fund management and financial reporting tasks, including preparation of the Port’s long-term plan of finance, quarterly fund reconciliation, P&L variance analysis and forecasting, and completion and facilitation of external financial audit requests.• Support the Port’s Treasury function, including management of the Port’s ~$1 billion investment portfolio. Responsibilities include cash management, daily investing, initiation of electronic payments, and other ad hoc reporting functions as needed. Responsible for understanding Port’s Investment Policy, banking contract, and applicable Washington State Statutes (RCW).
