Helped start this home building business in Northwest Arkansas. Oversaw most operations of this business as we specialized in custom spec homes in Goshen and Elm Springs.

Serving the residential and commercial construction industries with site service needs in the Northwest Arkansas area. I bring multiple years of project management experience to the subcontractor world and use this experience to better service my clients. Services rendered include lot clearing, rough grades, final grades, masonry cleans, light excavation, trash clean up, site clean up, site photos, etc.

Oversaw and managed the daily construction and schedule of multiple multimillion dollar custom houses in the West Austin area. Managed $10 million to $12 million in projects under construction at any given time over the course of my time here. Gained experience in project management, trade/vendor/client relationships, homebuilding construction, land development, time management, and more.

Oversaw and managed the daily construction and schedule of 50+ William Lyon Homes in the Austin area. Managed $6 million to $7 million in projects under construction at any given time over the course of my time here. Managed 25+ homes at any given time. Gained experience in time management, trade/vendor/client relationships, homebuilding construction, land development, and more.

As Project Engineer, I worked on a daily basis to aid the senior project manager and to aid the onsite superintendent. I assisted both roles on a high profile, fortune 500 company, floor-by-floor building renovation. My role consisted in handing the submittals, RFI's, meeting agendas, corresponding with the vendors, and keeping relations with the clients. I gained experience in scheduling, construction knowledge, client/trade relations, and safety.

I had a similar role as I did at Kanakuk K-2 but at a different camp. Kanakuk K-1 is a Christian Sports Summer Camp for 7-13 year olds. I served as the Staff Maintenance Director for the summer. My time was spent taking care of the day to day operations of this 100+ acre property. These operations included taking care of all the trash, cleaning the pools, watering the flowers, blowing the drive, keeping grass manicured, putting things away, etc. I directed 5+ college aged guys and led projects on a day to day basis in order to keep the grounds operable and pristine. On top of the day to day maintenance, I served on the leadership team where I helped lead different camp activities. The primary responsibility was to lead by example and serve in a way that went unnoticed.
