I have over 20yrs of contact centre industry experience and I have spent a number of years working within Workforce Management roles. Enthusiastic and passionate about my work, I am someone who believes in giving your all in order to deliver excellence and being successful.Moved to Business Systems in July 2015 as an implementation consultant. I have (since July 2017) taken up a role as Workforce & Process Optimisation Manager. I am responsible for overseeing delivery of services in regards to Quality Management, Interaction Analytics, Workforce Management, Process Optimisation and Robotic Process Automation. I am currently focused on finding ways to do more new business within each of these as well as delivering more training and consultancy to our existing customer base. I am also managing a skilled team of consultants who assist with pre-sales and post-sales activity within Workforce & Process Optimisation.
