Travel Network Technician - Lifepoint/Scion Healthcare
• Certified Network Associate – CCNA• Knowledge of Cisco CLI, switches, routers, access points and other networking equipment• Data Center: installing access switches, routers, network cabling and fiber in MDF and IDF closets• Data Center: Ensure new server, storage and network infrastructure is properly racked, labeled, cabled, and configured• Installation of data center infrastructure materials including racks and cabinets w/ grounding, cable tray and ladder, cable management, copper and fiber networking cable, copper and fiber patch panels and any other materials necessary for data center operations• Perform installation and maintenance on Power Distribution Units within client enclosures• Knowledge with Ubiquiti/UniFi switches, cameras, and Wi-Fi access points• Network fundamentals including the OSI model, TCP/IP, IPv4 and working knowledge of IPv6• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IP routers, ethernet switches, and fixed wireless equipment using company tools and processes• Azure AD/Office365, Microsoft365, administration, users, groups, devices• Knowledge of installs, terminate, maintain, and troubleshoot network cabling infrastructure including moves, adds and changes of any network or related equipment• Troubleshoot and repair network issues for WAN, LAN, Internet connections and end-user issues while working within internal ticketing/trouble reporting systems like ServiceNow and Remedy• Working knowledge of Fluke network troubleshooting equipment and similar tools• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients and vendors• Ability to work on IoT devices• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Work varied shifts• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
