As a Senior Program Manager at Intrado, I have over 11 years of experience in leading the strategic account planning and program implementation for various contracted services in the telecommunications and public safety field. I am certified in project management and business analysis, and I have strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.I am passionate about delivering positive results and meeting the contractual obligations of my assigned customer base, while preparing for future anticipated innovations. I am responsible for coordinating the internal team resource allocation, contract negotiation, financial tracking and reporting, and FCC compliance for 911 location accuracy. I also excel at maintaining effective and cohesive customer relationships and being the primary point of contact for their needs.
