• Responsible for ~28-person team who perform systems testing for multiple Custody Functions: Trade Processing, Corporate Actions, Mutual Fund, and Funds Transfer and Global Tax functions• The team plays a critical role in Custody software development projects that fills product gaps, addresses regulatory efforts, and builds efficiencies in BBH’s custody operational processes• Responsible for test automation resources that build automated regression suites & automated health check suites

• Manage team in charge of booking / best uses of shared mainframe environments to support over 50 projects concurrently• Manage team in charge of Change (code, data, infrastructure changes) in highly integrated mainframe environments. • Manage team executing end of day mainframe batch processing jobs (~2700 jobs) twice per day

• Responsible for managers leading testing of complex, multi-business line initiatives E.g., Corporate Actions system re-write, Global custody outsourcing initiative• Responsible for managers leading enterprise development projects across multiple business lines E.g., Team members have managed yearly SWIFT messaging release across all of Brown Bothers for last 12 years• Teams provide Project Management, Test management, Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test coordination across large firm initiatives that can include up to ~50 different test teams E.g retirement of SWIFT network gateway software

• Responsible for systems consultant vendor management program with yearly expenditures in excess of $40 Mil• Helped over 20 application groups implement an offshore development model and grew offshore resource pool to over 300 resources in 2011• Managed relationships with ~ 30 US vendors and grew US consultant pool to over 140 resources in 2012.• Implemented program in 2012 to reduce consultant rate structures by 10%
