I have worked in a range of different positions within the FMCG environment, in both the Grocery and Impulse channels. These positions range from General Management, National Field Management, Key Account & Business Management, New Business Development, People Management and customer focused roles giving me a broad insight into the FMCG market. I am a hardworking individual who prides himself on being adaptable and transitioning comfortably into new roles and new challenges.Key achievements to date include;2017/18: Lead and Implemented annual performance plans for entire field team, focused on core business growth strategies. This included the re allocation of business resources through a productive re structure process and a change to our distribution model within the Wellington region, resulting in annual net sales growth of 14.7% ($642k).2014: New Zealand sales lead for the integration of the Lucozade and Ribena brands from GSK to the Frucor portfolio. 2013-14: Sales team of the year. Successfully lead my Auckland sales team to team of the year, awarded to the best performing sales team across alll metrics.2011: Top Account Manager acknowledgment. An internal acknowledgment for work done to secure chilled beverage space in the Foodstuffs Wellington account.2009: Rookie rep of the year.Awarded to the best performing new Territory Manager across all metrics.Top student award - Marketing.Awarded a merit certificate for scholarly excellence as one of the top performing students for Marketing.
