Provide quality IT telephone technical support to users employing a high degree of customer service, technical expertise and responsiveness. Monitor all technical aspects of the Nebraska field office by assisting users with technical issues both specific to IT and Office Operations. These responsibilities will include all Service Desk, Infrastructure support during both business hours as well as On Call after hours. Document, track and enter resolution data into the Helpdesk database and escalate trouble tickets as necessary to higher level support. Heavy interaction with customers to identify, define, and follow through on problems until resolutions are completed.
