CLINICAL REASONING SYSTEM ASSESSMENT (CRSA) PROGRAM Office of Informatics and Analytics (OIA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) ► Associate Project Lead responsible for providing direction for more than 25 staff members supporting the CRSA effort part time. This effort had four separate tasks valued at over $2.5 million dollars. ► Member of team tasked with assessing technology that demonstrated the clinical value of applying emerging computational reasoning technology to VHA Electronic Health Records and vast, clinical information corpora. ► Responsible for managing staffing levels and forecasting funds for the CRSA effort. ► In addition to program management functions, technical duties include requirements identification, technical evaluation of commercial systems, and deliverable quality assurance.

TECHNICAL TASK LEAD, INTEGRATED TACTICAL AIRSPACE (ITA) INITIATIVE 2011 – 2014AFLCMC/HNIA ► Lead the development and experimentation of a prototype airspace information sharing capability. Responsible for operational objectives, engineering activities and technical analysis efforts to drive adoption of codified requirements into DoD programs of record or near-term capability gap solution fielding. ► Frequently tasked by government sponsors to brief prototype capability to large government and contractor audiences. ► Independently prepared for and orchestrated routine and on call technical, operational, and programmatic meetings to keep the project on task and solve unforeseen issues.► Recommended functional capability and funding disbursement balancing objective and threshold requirements.TEAM MEMBER, JOINT EXPEDITIONARY FORCES EXPERIMENT 2007 – 2011ESC/XRC ► Identified capability gaps and barriers to DoD system integration in order to recommend experiment initiatives. Evaluated other program initiatives operational and technical feasibility and recommended acceptance or rejection for entry into the JEFX experiment. ► Worked as a member Special Program Area team, supporting the accreditation, set-up and execution of special initiatives for Joint Experimentation. Primary author of operational and systems architecture diagrams required for initiative participation. ► Conducted detailed research and analysis into technical issues surrounding the employment of the Joint Air Ground Integration Cell/Center (much of which was later adopted into the formal Capabilities Based Analysis).

TARGETING WARRANT OFFICER New Hampshire Army National Guard (NHARNG), 197th Field Artillery Brigade (FAB) ► Senior Targeting Officer for a twelve person operational targeting team, providing support to Operations Inherent Resolve and Operation Spartan Shield.► Primary brigade targeting briefer, supporting the efforts of several international information exchanges with coalition partners, including a high visibility international fires symposium. ► Subject Matter Expert on military operational and intelligence planning.► Lead the informal testing of the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) on behalf of Central Command (CENTCOM). Provided test threads, digital standard operating procedures, and operational findings to support CENTCOMs adoption or rejection of new technology. ► Primary advisor to senior level tactical and operational commanders on the execution of Joint and Army targeting cycles. ► Author of multiple training courses, operating procedures and step action processes.► Graduate of numerous joint, service and security schools, including the Joint Targeting Staff Course, Joint Air Operations Command and Control Course, Defense Security Service Academy, and Precision Fires courses.

PROGRAM SECURITY MANAGER (GS-12) 2006 – 2007ESC ►Provided classified program contract oversight, including required contractor facility oversight, annual inspections, and Automated Information System security oversight. ►Developed Standard Operating Procedure for all systems and personnel within the secure facility, as well as assisted in the development of a detailed Program Security Guide. ►Acted as liaison between Program Security Officer and Program Manager, ensuring program was able to meet all operational requirements while maintaining the appropriate security posture.
