During this time, I developed and executed the strategy to increase sales 240% from $75M to $180M. While serving in this role, I managed day-to-day planning for Callaway Golf’s largest account (Dick’s Sporting Goods), created and directed the sales strategy, and developed new territory assignments and service path for logo customers while managing Sales’ technology projects. Also notable, I established and managed relationships with other key accounts such as Amazon, Costco, and Academy Sports. Additionally, I trained and led 14 employees across four units: Apparel, Mass Merchants, National Accounts, and Special Markets.
