Scheduling and completion of ILI surveys to achieve data for line repairs. Line survey AGM locations/line finding/ line marking along ROW. Responsible for creating maps and AGM list for project survey. Pre ILI pigging Cleaning/Gauging/ Tracking. Launch and Trap all pipeline pigs. AGM placement during ILI runs. Compile AGM data list from Smart Pig runs. Assign and supervise tracking crews and scheduling. Ensure all Sunoco safety and procedural policies are maintained. Oversee/Measure and Mark excavation and repair projects from ILI Data. Issue Work Permits/ Track and submit Contractor Work records and Time Sheets. Manage temporary site setup of piping and product containment for various inspection and repair projects. Permitting/Installation/Hydro testing of equipment. Extensive use of MS Excel/Word, Google Earth & Delorme Street Atlas.

Brief contracts and coordinate with Customers of logistics of corrosion survey work to be performed. Requisition and calibrate need supplies and equipment for scope of survey. Secure travel arrangements and scheduling. Customer onsite Safety and Procedural meetings. Oversee launching and Trapping of ILI Smart Pigs, INS / GPS Systems, Deformation Tools, and Cleaning/Gauging/Scraper Tools. Ensure Data integrity collected during survey is accurate and compile field Logs to review with Customer. Provide verification dig information for prove up and line safety. Returning of equipment and personnel to next job site. Writing of reports and survey forms for further data analysis. Working closely with Company Engineering department and design teams to evaluate, test and field new technology and equipment to maintain a competitive and more efficient future. Writing of new procedural documentation for field personnel.
