I was hired as a Line worker/ Quality Control operator whose role was to prep international shipments for Pivots European warehouse and distributors. I was promoted after 8 months to the Assembly Line Lead. My new role was to help speed up the time it took to prep and pack a bike for outbound shipment. I Collaborated with management and devised a new layout that helped streamline the process. While taking on this new Role I gained a new role role as the Companies Professional Bike Builder. I helped assemble several bikes for media members and professional athletes. When I wasn't assembling those bikes I was working close with the owner and his assistant assembling bikes to have photographed for the companies online website.

I was hired as a Team Sports Associate where I was responsible for merchandising, selling products, along with providing customer service to other departments when it got busy. I was promoted to the Regions Lacrosse Department Manager where I would represent Dicks Sporting Goods at various local Lacrosse events. At these events I would represent the company as neutral support meaning I would re-lace lacrosse heads or help swap over lacrosse sticks. I also did light marketing by handing out Dicks Sporting Goods Merchandise to get our name out in the Lacrosse Industry. After about a ear of being a Lacrosse Dept Manager I was promoted to my final role at the store Freight Flow Lead. In this Role I was responsible managing a team whose job was to unload the stores merchandise. These trucks would arrive weekly. I also was responsible for opening the store each morning and making sure everyone was ready to work.

I was responsible for making sure each job ite had the correct amount of supplies and material to get the job done. I also was responsible for making sure the Job was safe for other contractors to work at.

I was responsible for delivering time sensitive material to the attorneys and office staff. I also helped train other File Clerks along with producing a Job summary and list of Day to Day tasks for on boarding employees to reference
