Responsible for performing and directing others in the design of manufacturing and commercial facilities. His responsibilities include developing project budgets; construction cost estimates and specifications, as well as construction site visits and reviewing shop drawings. His activities pertain to new structures and modifications to existing facilities. His design background includes field analysis of existing sites and facilities, programming of new facilities, concept design, construction design, and construction administration. He provides overall design direction and assists with input on value engineering during design. He’ll coordinate and manage the efforts of outside consultants in addition to working with Job Captains and Department Managers to ensure SSOE’s quality standards are met.As a former ISO 9001 Quality System Coordinator, Scott was responsible for scheduling, conducting, and documenting internal audits of SSOE’s Quality System. He will work with Job Captains, Department Managers, Project Managers and Branch Managers to ensure SSOE’s quality standards are met or exceeded.
