My current duties include the development and support of the Ellucian ERP system and Hyland imaging solution, and responsibility for approximately 30 ancillary software packages. Developed project management and communication process for all college technical projects including software, automated reports, and procedure guides. Evaluates and establishes priority of projects in collaboration with the business owners while ensuring development resources support the highest priority projects. Chair of the student information systems steering committee. Implemented scrum project management and serves on a national scrum organization, ScrumU. Serve on a state committee responsible for the development of Banner. Responsible for the technical, functional, support, performance, and development of the mortgage lending systems. Delivered sales, sales support, documentation and reliable solutions to over 300 lending offices with 500 users across 5 states. Administered health and stability of the technical solution and related integrations to ensure it met system availability goals. Responsible for the budgeting, planning, staffing, and production goals of a high-pressure sales environment. Developed project management processes including custom software for sales and sales support. Directed ten staff members towards corporate goals and fostered fervor from each member of the team. Identified and ensured Sarbanes-Oxley 404 business risk mitigation through proper testing and control with quarterly reporting. Created and implemented programs with cost-analysis to ensure targeted production and expenses achieved project goals. Served as the project manager on hundreds of major and minor projects to drive corporate initiatives into production to save the company hard and soft expenses. Served as the mortgage team leader in acquisition of other financial institutions and presented to the executive acquisition committee. Acquisition projects included systems integration planning, decision-making, and personnel reconciliation while identifying and implementing the better practice of the joining organizations.

Managed the development and maintenance of a complex loan origination system for over 300 sales representatives in 280 financial centers across 5 states. I administered change control processes for system support with regular migrations to production including testing and quality assurance. Designed and implemented an effective training curriculum for onboarding sales associates. Provided a motivated technical support team of seven engaged to meet the support needs of high-volume commission-based sales team. Administered Cohen Brown's service culture to provide team motivation and support techniques. Served as the primary developer, DBA, systems architect and administrator for the Delphi-based lending application delivered via thin-client technology.
