The team is responsible for all partner enablement and technical management as well as acting as relief cover for the Direct PreSales team. Other responsibilities include RFP/ RFI responses, solution designs, ROI reports, technical briefings, seminars and customer presentations. I carry out all management tasks for the team including Personal Development plans, training, resource management, conflict resolution, discipline, performance reviews, day to day admin, management briefings and reports as well as standing in for the PreSales Director in his absence. Key Achievements:-Worked with the PreSales Director to design, implement and manage Commvault's first Internal PreSales Team, responsible for Partner Enablement, internal awareness, general customer presentations, RFI/ RFP responses and staff training to Technical Account Manager level, the format for the team has now been rolled out globally. As a direct result of the success of the Internal PreSales team, the Direct team had 30% more man hours available to them allowing the business to refocus on Enterprise Accounts. Managed the PreSales team in consecutive years where the region achieved record revenue both as a region and on individual accounts.Attended Commvault's Infinity (Presidents) ClubAssisted the PreSales Director in designing Automatic tools for Business case reports, PreSales Activity and Professional Services quoting all of which have now been taken up as Global Best Practises. I was employed on contract as the Principal Consultant for Enterprise Vault within the Middle East and Africa based out of the UAE office. My role incorporated acting as the Enterprise Vault Architect for the region as well as all service roles including initial site visits, implementations, health checks, upgrades and onsite support issues.
