I assist employers/companies address workplace related legal issues so employers can focus on what's important, growing their companies and sustaining a problem-free work environment.

I practice labor and employment law on behalf of management. I counsel clients regarding their day-to-day employment related issues and if a matter results in litigation, I'll represent the Company.

I represent both public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including civil litigation and preventative counseling. I also assist employers in drafting employment policies, employment agreements, and non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and help companies enforce their non-competition agreements and non-solicitation agreements and helps protect their trade secrets, proprietary information and customer relationships, investments in talent and other valuable assets. Additionally, I represents employers in state and federal courts and administrative agencies involving claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, retaliatory discharge and breach of contract and labor arbitration. I also have extensive civil litigation experience and has successfully dismissed lawsuits for clients on a motion to dismiss or on summary judgment in the Circuit Courts of Cook, Will, Kane, Lake and DuPage counties.
