Voncurr is my small business for my creative contracting jobs. As a Help Desk Admin, I support my fellow employees' company devices, approved software suites, and internal apps. The Genius Bar strives to provide world-class device support. They aim to find the best solution for each customer while getting a device back into the user's hands as soon as possible. While I was an Assistant Route Service Representative, I assisted RSRs (Route Service Representative) in switching out dirty products for sanitary products, including, but not limited to, uniforms, mats, and towels.I maintained an understanding of services and policies to interact with customers to ensure satisfaction. This knowledge base also assisted me in identifying prospective customers through the assigned customer base, where we utilized a team approach to solicit new clients and grow the routes.

As an Electronics team member, I was responsible for customer-facing operations, from answering product questions to cashing out their purchases. I was also responsible for the department logistics, from inventory management in the warehouse to relocating products off the truck and to the floor.

I was responsible for maintaining the office's high sanitary standards on a nightly basis and ensuring that all labs and equipment were cleaned and prepared for use the next day.
