Scott Dalrymple is an economist specializing in quantitative valuation, econometrics, statistics, securities analysis, antitrust, financial markets, and intellectual property.Mr. Dalrymple has led numerous consulting, commercial litigation, and restructuring engagements on behalf of investors, financial institutions, multinational companies, and governments in the U.S., Europe, and Australia. He has provided expert opinions in matters involving securities analysis, valuation, intellectual property, and economic damages. Mr. Dalrymple has testified in federal and state court and has advised clients in numerous areas, including:- Application of economic, statistical, and quantitative methods used in the analysis of security prices, collateral performance, valuation models, industrial behavior, and business operations;- Quantification of damages associated with business interruptions, intellectual property infringements, and anticompetitive behavior;- Valuation of intellectual property and other assets for purposes of litigation, strategic planning, taxation, and acquisition;- Development of economic and financial models for purposes of securing funding, evaluating investment opportunities, and managing working capital.Mr. Dalrymple holds a Master of Science in Economics with a concentration in Industrial Organization from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Business Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
