The developed tools supported the following functionalities: fault/performance/configuration management, engineering/design management, provisioning/inventory management, security/domain management, as well as the overall order entry process for network service requests. The Managed Communications Services Platform (MCSP) focus was to move from component based/device-level management to End-to-End Network Assurance. In addition, the GNOC/OTA solution took the provisioning and activation process from start to finish, and provided an accurate Inventory, Design, & Billing repository for all Leveraged MCSP accounts and Leveraged IP services including: managed router service, managed LAN service, managed
