-To plan, implement and supervise project safety, accident investigations, root cause, and latent cause of all accidents.- Make sure job site stays in compliance with corporate, federal and state regulations.-Conduct site safety audits with general contractors as well as in house safety audits with project management. -Train new employees on company policies and best practices.-Instruct new employees on the proper use of aerial lifts, rough terrain fork trucks, confined space entry, and CFR 1926 subpart M for Fall Protection standards.-Oversee permit writing for confined space, supervise air monitoring while employees are in confined space entries. -Write confined space procedures specific to the confined space entry -Instruct OSHA 10 for 1926 construction Industry -Instruct American Red Cross First Aid/CPR-Master NCCER Cert for teaching the COSS,CSST certification for new Safety Coordinators -Proctor NCCER apprenticeship training -Manage and coach new safety interns with on the job training-Manage site random testing, post accident testing and reasonable suspicion drug testing-Facilitate all hands safety meeting on a weekly basis -Preview and approve subcontractor safety plans-Oversee subcontractors and communicate safety concerns when needed
