With first-hand expertise as a project engineer in the field, to his leadership roles in capital planning and facilities management, Scott brings his professional experience to bear for clients, owners, and operators in a diverse range of industries. He helped lead strategic planning and construction of large healthcare projects throughout Massachusetts and beyond, ranging from cancer centers, ambulatory care centers, large corporate fit-outs, and high-rises.In 2018, Scott became Vice President of Capital Program Management at Cref, overseeing a staff of more than 20 personnel spread across nine states and managing hundreds of projects each year. Scott brought a new approach to owner's project management services, focusing on holistic value solutions for clients that don’t stop at just delivering the construction project.Scott's approach to project delivery and partnership with clients quickly elevated him to Executive Vice President of Advisory Services in 2021. Collaborating with Cref’s service delivery experts, they developed and expanded Cref’s core services, creating the most efficient outcomes for clients in the process.As Regional President, Scott is responsible for business development and operations across all services and is a key force in company growth as the company celebrates more than 10 years in business and more than 40,000 square feet in its portfolio.
