Provides technical advice for information systems, simulations and models to the CEO. Directs, manages and executes an organization-wide simulation and modeling program. Conducts analytical studies and recommends policy and procedures for the use of information systems, simulations and training models to support training exercises, seminars and training programs. Conducts cost benefit analysis on internal and external programs. Manages a multi-agency task force to maintain model fidelity, ensure data integrity, and engineer new develop-ments and innovations. Exercises a leadership role in developing and resolving technological and organizational issues as they relate to information systems, network delivery, and systems capability. Provides technical and management oversight for a 45 million dollar support contract. Prepares point papers, white papers and decision briefs for senior and general officers.

Planned and conducted computer assisted seminars and combat simulation exercises. Developed scenarios, databases, and network configuration for these events in conjucntion with multiple agencies and organizations. Planned, developed and organized the training of military and civilian contractor personnel at 14 separate events consisting of over 120 people. Developed strategies and provided technical insights for procurement of information technology and systems to support a worldwide mission. Provided technical oversight, analysis and recommendations on performance and cost of a 130 million dollar contract.
