Focusing on customized and unique projects, I ensure the design of the window system becomes a reality. Working hand in hand with GC’s, architects and subs, I work to find solutions for any scenario to allow us to stay on schedule and meet the needs of the customer.

Working on a new construction build of a 13 story building, I managed and oversaw multiple trades and subcontractors, ensuring project completion on schedule during the state COVID shutdown. I helped catalog and coordinate operations with construction and contractor management to ensure seamless transition to building management. During my time I became responsible for driving performance in safety, on-time delivery/pickup, and compliance.

I embraced the opportunity to play globally, assimilating and adopting a new culture while continuing to perform in a foreign country. Open to new ideas and experiences I was able to succeed, leading team in shutouts and 2nd half wins.

Using my on-field experience and desire to learn more about sabermetrics, I interned with the Tampa Bay Rays Analytical Department during the offseason to help develop a system designed to evaluate pitch effectiveness. This position allowed me to become more familiar and creative with data analysis to influence algorithms impacting Major League Level decisions.

After being out of the Major Leagues for 2 years, I was able to reinvent myself by adopting sabermetrics and statistical analysis to adjust my pitching approach and perform in-game SWOT assessments. The change paid off and I was able to return to the Big Leagues with my childhood team.

Over my time spent with Minnesota, I was able to better my craft and make the most of my ability, being named Pitcher of the Year in 2012 and leading the Major Leagues in fewest BB/9IP. I would study and analyze hitters, conducting SWOT breakdowns and apply that knowledge directly to my performances. In this role I was able to think quickly and calmly under pressure, making logical decisions that lead to the 2nd lowest AL Rookie Earned Average in the league.
